I arrange private cask bottlings of whisky and rum. I am based in Israel and you can contact me at uri@glattcask.com.
When you contact me. If you email me or message me on WhatsApp, I receive your name, your email address or phone number, and what you write. I use it to answer you and, if you decide to proceed, to prepare and fulfil your order. My legal bases are steps taken at your request before a contract, the performance of that contract, and my legitimate interest in running my business.
When you browse the site. My hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes technical connection data, including your IP address, to deliver the site and keep it secure. I also use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which measures page performance such as loading times. It uses no cookies and, according to Cloudflare, does not track individual visitors. My legal basis is my legitimate interest in a secure, well-functioning website.
This site has no contact forms, newsletters, accounts, or checkout, and I do not set cookies on it.
My website is hosted and secured by Cloudflare. Cloudflare handles this data as a processor under its Data Processing Addendum, which is incorporated into its customer terms and includes standard contractual clauses for international data transfers. My email is hosted by Dynadot. If you choose to contact me on WhatsApp, that service is provided by Meta under its own privacy terms.
I am based in Israel, and some of the services above are provided from other countries, including the United States. Data handled by Cloudflare is covered by the standard contractual clauses in its Data Processing Addendum.
I do not delete correspondence as a matter of routine. I keep it to handle your inquiry and any resulting order, and to meet legal, tax, and record-keeping requirements. If you ask me to delete your personal data, I will assess the request under applicable law and confirm the outcome to you. Technical hosting logs are retained by Cloudflare under its own policies.
Where UK or EU data protection law applies, you can ask me to access, correct, delete, restrict, or transfer your personal data, and you can object to processing based on legitimate interests. Write to uri@glattcask.com. You also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) or to the data protection authority in your EU member state.
